　　神秘人救出公孙宝月，他对宝月了如指掌，来自哪里，姓甚名谁，宝月好奇心起追着问对方是如何得知自己身份的，殊不知正是她的手帕泄露了秘密。关羽收到刘备的书信，见大哥对他有所误会，他急忙修书一封让来者带回，称向曹操辞行后就会侍奉两位嫂嫂前去与大哥相会。但曹操心知关羽会来辞行干脆来个避而不见，关羽再去找张辽，也是称病不见，但关羽去意已决又岂是避而不见能够挽留的，关羽连夜留书一封给曹操，并留下了所有曹操给他的赏赐带着嫂嫂出城而去。曹操感念关羽来去明白，效忠旧主，于是命张辽追上关羽替他赠上路费、锦袍以作纪念。公孙宝月备下厚礼前去拜见救命恩人西凉太守马腾之子人称锦马超的马孟起，马孟起说宝月郡主前来应该不是感谢他的救命之恩的，宝月赞他的聪明果然都写在脸上。宝月问马孟起从西凉来到中原该不会是马侯欲与袁绍结盟吧？要知道袁绍与她有杀父之仇，她必杀之而后快。马孟起说袁绍的确多次派出使节前往西凉向父侯示好，但父侯因诸侯联盟遭董吕瓦解而心生疑虑，因此派他前来一探究竟。公孙宝月给马孟起两个选择，要么直接带她进袁府，让她一刀削了狗贼的脑袋，要么带她回西凉，她要向马侯借百万雄师踏平冀州。马孟起对宝月郡主的天真烂漫彻底无语。赵子龙一行听从水镜先生的指引前往荆州，路过卧牛山引起了当地山贼的注意，山贼决定晚上行动将赵子龙一行一网打尽。赵子龙等人进了卧龙村，因此处山贼横行孩子看到骑马的都当坏人，飞燕奇怪村民为何不报官，让官府来处理此事，但村民告诉他们山贼凶狠，官府哪里肯来插手，而且最近虽然来了一个新县官，但整天来镇上征兵征粮，老百姓这日子眼看是没法过下去了。
